IDC MarketScape names Ricoh a leader in Document Workflow Services for Western Europe

Ricoh Europe, London, 20 February 2017Ricoh Europe today announced it has been named a leader in the new “IDC MarketScape: Western Europe Document Workflow Services Hardcopy 2016 Vendor Assessment” report.

The IDC MarketScape focuses on vendors’ ability to give clients a road map to higher-value workflow automation and optimisation. Vendors were judged on their ability to effectively deliver those services. The research evaluated vendor performance through extensive briefings and demonstrations. Responses from in-depth interviews with customers throughout Western Europe were also assessed.

“Ricoh's broad product range, combined with the company's burgeoning IT infrastructure and professional services, provides an extensive selection of resources from which to craft industry-specific and horizontal solutions,” the IDC MarketScape report noted. “Ricoh also has the largest direct services company among the hardcopy vendors evaluated targeting large organisations.”
