Ricoh expands IT Services portfolio with acquisition of Mauden

Ricoh Europe, 29 October 2019 – Ricoh customers are set to benefit from an even greater range of IT Services and Digital Transformation capabilities following the announcement of its acquisition of Mauden.

Founded in 1987 with headquarters in Rome and Milan, Mauden is a renowned systems integrator that supports business innovation through its focus on Data Centre, IT Infrastructure, Artificial Intelligence and Business Intelligence. Mauden recorded revenue of EUR 55 million in 2018 and has a significant national and international customer base. The acquisition is expected to be completed in December 2019.

The operations of the two companies will remain distinguished with new strategies to be developed to ensure future growth. Davide Oriani will become President at Mauden and Roberta Viglione will remain in the role of CEO.

  • The IPM and TotalStor businesses for the transformation and modernisation of critical IT infrastructures, data storage and analytics in private and hybrid cloud
