Ricoh forbedrer serviceekspertisen med oppkjøp av Upfront SPRL i Belgia

Ricoh Europe, London, 22 December 2015 – Ricoh Europe has announced that its subsidiary in Belgium has acquired the shares of Upfront SPRL, a leading company in the Belgian IT Services market. The investment will see Upfront’s employees become a part of Ricoh’s global network, providing new opportunities to develop and share their expertise. 

Upfront was established in 2003 and is located south of Brussels. Like Ricoh, it operates across a range of industries. Therefore, the acquisition provides an ideal opportunity to further enhance the value delivered to businesses seeking IT Services.

It builds on the acquisition of IT services provider, Npo Sistemi in Italy in 2014. In addition to the global expansion of its services business, it supports Ricoh’s focus to expand its customer base and deliver products and services with high added value.
