Stunning quality across a wide range of papers

The press produces vibrant, durable prints across an extensive range of coated, uncoated, and inkjet stocks up to 400 gsm.  The aqueous inks have a wide gamut.   The printheads, which enable the press to print at 1200 x 1200 dpi resolution, are temperature controlled to help maintain image stability.  Furthermore, paper registration is consistently accurate, and the inline scanner can be used between print jobs to help ensure that the press continues to print at its best. The optional Undercoater can enhance results on uncoated and some coated papers.

All the flexibility you need - with a B2+ sheet size that expands your printing possibilities

The RICOH Pro Z75 offers enormous flexibility. The press can be configured with up to four vacuum feed drawers, as well as a Pallet Feeder and it’s quick and easy to switch back and forth between the different paper sources – perfect for short runs and personalised applications. The B2+ format also offers a broad range of possibilities, supporting multi-up jobs, oversized applications, book signatures and covers, postcards, and short run packaging on stocks of up to 400 gsm.

Designed for productivity, with compelling economics

The Ricoh Pro Z75 prints up to 4,500 impressions per hour and produces double sided output without operator intervention. The optional Pallet Feeder can help to keep the press well supplied with paper - even for longer runs - and the option of a second Stacker at the end of the press allows output to be removed from the press even as it continues to print. Modest maintenance needs also contribute to keeping the press productive, and running costs are further enhanced by the economics of water-based inkjet inks.

Simple to use, even for inexperienced operators

The press is designed to keep things easy for the operator. Maintenance requirements are modest. The controller and the Fiery DFE are common with Ricoh sheetfed toner presses, including the RICOH ProTM C7500 and RICOH ProTM C9500. The large touch screen Graphical User Interface (GUI) makes viewing and operation easy, enabling the press to be run by operators with limited training and experience.
